By completing your purchase and subscribing to the Pro Online Coaching program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Coaching Structure
* Upon subscribing, you will receive your personalized program via email within 7 days.
* Coaching officially begins on the day you receive access to your coach’s WhatsApp contact, not the date of payment.
* This initial waiting period is not counted as part of your first month of coaching.
2. Minimum Commitment
* A minimum 3-month commitment is required.
* You agree not to cancel or request a refund before completing at least three full months of coaching.
* After the third month, your subscription will continue monthly unless cancelled.
3. Billing & Payment
* You will be billed \$200 USD per month, automatically, via Stripe using the payment method you provided.
* Payments are recurring and will continue monthly until you cancel (after the 3-month minimum has passed).
4. No Refund Policy
* There are no refunds under any circumstances unless the coach is unable to fulfill the service.
* Because a digital program is delivered upfront and personalized coaching begins thereafter, the service is considered “rendered” upon delivery.
5. Program Delivery
* Your plan will be sent via email as a downloadable PDF.
* Ongoing support and coaching are delivered exclusively through WhatsApp.
6. Pausing or Deferring
* Pausing or deferring your coaching is not permitted during the initial 3-month commitment.
7. Acknowledgment
* By subscribing, you acknowledge that this is a digital coaching service that includes personalized plans and WhatsApp-based support.
* You also confirm that you are fully aware of the 3-month non-cancellation policy, and agree to the terms outlined above.
